Seed Spacing: 4-5' apart
Sow: After any danger of frost sow seeds directly into soil. Can be started indoors 2 to 3 weeks before last frost.
Harvest: For Eating, harvest young green gourds when soft. For Drying, leave gourds on vine until fully dry and hard. *Remove before hard frost and dry hanging in well ventilated area until fully dry.

ALL our seeds are grown, loved and harvested directly on our farm!
We do our very very best to remove all extra matter( leaves, petals, etc..) but being they are untreated, unwashed, and harvested by hands there may be a couple tag along pieces. But its OK, just extra compost for your garden bed!!
